- No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
- Alcohol will be served exclusively in a designated zone, available only to guests above the legal drinking age (21+ years) with valid ID proof. Entry tags will be issued to all attendees, and additional tags will be provided as needed for access to the alcohol-serving area.
- For VIP pass holders, the Meet and Greet with Armaan Malik will occur before the start of the event. Please note that photos will be taken only in groups.
- Please note that complimentary passes are not for sale. For VIP complimentary passes, there is no meet & greet.
- We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry.
- Children 5 and above age will require a ticket. All parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion. If you are under the age of 18, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Cigarettes, alcohol, vape, lighters, and other narcotic/illegal substances are strictly not allowed, and guests found in possession or intoxicated will not be permitted.
- Items not allowed: Outside food & beverages, Sharp objects, Flammable items, Helmets, Backpacks, Selfie sticks, Professional/GoPro Cameras, and Drones.
- No live streaming is allowed during the Event.
- Storage places will not be provided: Guests are not advised to carry bags and helmets.
- Ticket holders must show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection of entry tags.
- The organizer will not be responsible for any ticket/entry tag that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Re-entry will not be allowed.
- The information collected from those registering with the Organizer in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy.
- If you are found or caught jumping categories by the security, security cameras, or organizers, then the organizer has the right to claim a fine or file a legal case.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event.
- This is an outdoor event, so we recommend guests bringing raincoats to stay comfortable in case of rain.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
