Yes. Every person entering the venue must have a valid ticket.
Children aged 5 years and above require an entry ticket. Attendees below 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No. Re-entry will not be permitted once you exit the venue premises.
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are strongly advised to use public transport, taxis, or ride-sharing services to avoid inconvenience.
Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is officially cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
Outside food & beverages, professional cameras, sharp objects, illegal substances, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Terms & Conditions
- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- No refunds, upgrades, or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
- Please ensure that the ticket you purchased is not shared with any third party.
- Purchase of tickets shall only be made on the designated booking platform. Any ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies, and the purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the event.
- The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of handling fees.
- All promotional offers and timelines are determined solely by the Event Organizer. Tickets purchased prior to any offers are not eligible for refunds, upgrades, or adjustments under any circumstances.
- Children 5 and above age will require a ticket. All parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.If you are under the age of 18, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Adult Ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children’s admission age.
- Cigarettes, alcohol, and other narcotic/illegal substances are strictly not allowed, and guests found in possession or usage will not be permitted.
- Items not allowed: Outside food & beverages, Professional/GoPro Cameras, and Drones.
- Guests are not advised to carry bags, helmets, and other belongings. There will be no storage or locker facilities available at the Venue.
- Ticket holders must show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection of entry tags. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder to enter the Venue.
- In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the Organizer reserves the right to bar the Ticket Holder from attending the Event.
- For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family, please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
- For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any ticket/entry tag that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
- The information collected from those registering with Organizer in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact the Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.
- Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
- If you are found or caught jumping categories by the security, security cameras, or organizers, then the organizer has the right to claim a fine or file a legal case of Cheating pushing you behind bars.
- If anyone is found disturbing the audience, breaking the properties/Barricades, or any behaviour which the organizer, security, or Police officials they shall be sent from the venue and barred permanently from attending any shows in the future along with the will damage claim in accordance with the damage done.
- In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, please note that refunds will not be provided.
- In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances.
- The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances and recording devices.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
- No photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.
- Please be advised that the organizers shall not assume responsibility for the behaviour or actions of other patrons, including non-compliance with event rules and guidelines. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the established rules and regulations.
- The organizers disclaim liability for any incidents arising from interactions between attendees. By participating in the event, attendees acknowledge and accept these terms.
