- The Organizers reserve the right of admission, even to valid ticket holders for reasons of security, and any other reasons in its sole discretion.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- F&B Coupons provided as a part of the ticket will be distributed only on the Day 1 of the Event. It can be redeemed at the Food Court on any of the two days of your choice.
- Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
- Smoking, drinking, and/or consumption of any illegal substance will NOT be permitted in the Event Venue.
- Guests found in possession or usage of cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, and/or any illegal substance will NOT be permitted in the Event Venue.
- Outside food & beverages will NOT be permitted inside the Event Venue. Only sealed water bottles will be allowed.
- DSLR, GoPro and other Professional Cameras and drones will not be allowed inside the Event Venue.
- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation aside from other remedies/recourse (civil and/or criminal) that the Organizer may have in law or otherwise.
- The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the patron may incur at or around the Event.
- The Organizers reserve the right to randomly check Patrons for tickets and wristbands.
- Patrons need to ensure not to lose/damage their tickets/wristbands. In case tickets/wristbands are lost/stolen/damaged, no replacements shall be issued. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced, irrespective of the patrons having a ticket.
- No access shall be allowed to the Event Venue without a wristband and the corresponding ticket for both days (both to be carried at all times by the Patrons). Duplicate tickets or wristbands will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets and/or wristbands as the case may be.
- Re-entry during the event will not be permitted.
- The Organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on invitees/members of the audience/patrons at the entry point of the Event Venue for security reasons or within the premises of the Event Venue and on denial for any reason have the right to ask Patrons to leave the Venue.
- Patrons are requested to avoid engaging in disruptive behaviours.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Management.
