1. The general passes booked at ‘Happy Booking Hours’ on 21st June 2024 allows only entry to the party. Please note, the redeemable coupons will not be given with the pass.
2. Organizers reserve the right of admission.
3. Entry is allowed only for individuals aged 21 and above.
4. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Guests need to ensure to not lose/damage their wristbands and wear them throughout the event. No replacements shall be issued.
6. Re-entry during the event will not be permitted.
7. Organizers reserve the right to randomly check guests for payment receipts and wristbands.
8. Please bring your identity cards for verification purposes.
9. Guests found in possession or usage of narcotics and/or any illegal substance will not be permitted inside the Venue. Open cigarette packets and alcohol will also not be permitted. Only sealed cigarette packets will be allowed.
10. Items not allowed: Outside food & beverages, Professional/GoPro Cameras, and Drones.
11. Storage facilities for bags, helmets, and other items are not provided. Guests are requested to find alternatives for their belongings.
12. Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the guest may incur at or around the Event.
13. Billed attractions may be subject to change.
14. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without a refund.
15. Guests are requested to avoid engaging in disruptive behaviours.
16. The laws of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the courts of Pondicherry will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
